The camp is located within the private Ol Pejeta Conservancy, approximately 17 kilometers from Nanyuki and about a 3-hour drive from Nairobi via the Nanyuki–Nyeri road. Sweetwaters Serena enjoys an enviable position overlooking a waterhole that attracts wildlife year-round, allowing guests to observe animals from the comfort of the camp. The setting combines easy access to the conservancy’s activities with the tranquility of the surrounding plains and views of snow-capped Mount Kenya.

Children under 5 years of age are on a complimentary stay 
Children between 6 - 12 years old, sharing with an adult or in their own room, pay 50% of the adult rate.
Children between 13 - 17 years sharing with an adult or in their own room pay 75% of the adult rate.
0 to 30 days prior to the Reservation Date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the Rate.
31 to 90 days prior to the Reservation Date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the Rate.
