Introduction

Jambo Mutara Camp is an exclusive luxury tented camp situated within the 20,000-acre Mutara Conservancy in Laikipia, Kenya. Perched atop a cliff, the camp offers panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness and provides guests with a unique blend of comfort and adventure

Location

The camp is accessible via a scenic drive from Nairobi, taking approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. The route follows the A2 highway through Thika, Sagana, and Naro Moru to Nanyuki. From Nanyuki, it's about 25 kilometers to the camp, with the final stretch being a well-maintained all-weather road leading to the Mutara Conservancy. Also scheduled flights operate from Nairobi's Wilson Airport to Nanyuki Airstrip, with a flight duration of approximately 50 minutes. Upon arrival, the camp is a 30-minute drive from the airstrip, offering a convenient option for travelers seeking a quicker journey.

Policies (Child Policy & Cancellation Policy)

Child Policy

Infants under 3 years sharing with adults: No charge
Children aged 3 to 11 years sharing with parents: 50% of the adult rate
Children aged 12 to 15 years sharing with 1 or 2 adults: 75% of the adult rate
Children in their own unit, each child pays 85% per person sharing rate

Child in own room, single supplement is applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival, will be charged 100% of the total booking and no show will be charged 100% of total booking.
Any cancellation made between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival, will be charged 50% of the total booking.
Any cancellation made between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival, will be charged 25% of the total booking.

Cancellations made more than 61+ days prior to arrival will not be charged.
