Location

Lake Naivasha Simba Lodge is ideally located about 100 kilometers (roughly a 1.5-hour drive) northwest of Nairobi, easily accessible via smooth, tarmacked roads that offer a scenic journey through the beautiful Great Rift Valley. While the lodge doesn’t have its own airstrip, guests can take a scheduled flight from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport to Naivasha Airstrip, just a short drive away from the lodge, ensuring a seamless and convenient arrival experience.

Within the camp

  • Dining: An on-site restaurant serves a variety of dishes, including local, Eastern, Indian, and international cuisines.
  • Bars: The Ibis Bar offers a range of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, while the lounge area is ideal for catching up on the latest sports events.
  • Swimming Pool: A solar-powered heated outdoor pool, complete with a poolside snack bar, provides relaxation with views of the surrounding landscape.
  • Wellness Facilities: The Health Centre features a fully equipped fitness gym, steam room, sauna, massage rooms, and services from a beauty therapist offering manicures, pedicures, facials, and waxing sessions.

Child Policy

  • Children of all ages are welcome.​
  • Children aged 1.99 years and below sharing a room with an adult stay free of charge.​
  • Children aged 2 to 12 years sharing a room with an adult pay 50% of the adult rate.
  • Children under 12 years having exclusive use of a room pay 75% of the adult rate

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 120 days before the safari: A 25% cancellation charge applies.
  • 89-60 days before the safari: A 20% cancellation charge applies.
  • 59-30 days before the safari: 50% refund, 50% cancellation charge.

    Less than 29 days before the safari: No refund, 100% cancellation charge.
