Introduction

Nestled amongst the Kenyan Ravine forest on the Oloololo( siria) Escarpment, Mara Engai is a luxury safari tented camp in the Masai Mara National Reserve. Mara Engai offers breathtaking views over the Mara Reserve. It blends luxury and nature. Mara Engai has beautifully decorated tents with incredible views.

Location

Mara Engai safari camp is located on the edge of the Oloololo Escarpment, and it overlooks the vast plains of the Masai Mara National Reserve. The camp is approximately 280 km from Nairobi, a 5-6 hour drive, and approximately 45 minutes flight from Nairobi Wilson airport to Serena Airstrip. The camp is a 53-minute drive from Serena Airstrip.

Number of Rooms / Tents / Cottages

Mara Engai Wildernes has 20 tented rooms with elevated decks . Each tent is fully furnished with lounge chairs, verandah, and en-suite bathrooms. The large private decks offer panoramic views of the Masai Mara plains and over the Mara River.

Child Policy

Infants 0-2 years stay free
Children in their own room pay 75% of the adult rate
Children aged 13 years and above pay a full adult rate
Children aged 12 years and above; adult policy rate apply
Children aged 2- 10 years pay 50% of the adult sharing rate ( excluding park fees)
Each tent can accommodate a second bedroom with one additional adult sharing, a maximum of three adults per tent or two children and two adults per tent

Cancellation Policy

Before 60 days no cancellation fee
45-30 days – 25% of booking cancellation fee apply
29 -15 days – 50% cancellation fee

14 - 0 days – 100% cancellation fee
