Located within Lake Nakuru National Park, the lodge is approximately a 2.5 to 3-hour drive northwest of Nairobi via the Nairobi–Nakuru highway. Guests can fly from Wilson Airport (Nairobi) to Nakuru Airstrip, followed by a short road transfer to the lodge.

7 to 12 years old: Each child pays 15% of the single room rate (maximum 2 children per room).

13 to 17 years old: Each child pays 25% of the applicable single room rate (maximum 2 children per room).

Children staying in their own room: The room charge is 80% of the applicable single, double, or triple room rate, depending on occupancy.

60 to 36 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

35 to 20 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

19 to 0 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

Finally, cancellations within 29 days or less result in no refund and a 100% cancellation fee.
