Policies (Child Policy & Cancellation Policy)
Child Policy
- Minimum Age: Children must be at least 6 years old
- Family Tent: Up to two children aged 12 and under can share a family tent with two adults, with each child being charged 50% of the adult rate.
- Non-Family Tent: One child aged 12 and under can share a standard tent with one or two adults, with the child being charged 45% of the adult rate.
- 1 or 2 children sharing with 1 adult: Each pays 75% of the double room rate.
- Children Over 11: Children over 11 years old are charged adult rates.
Cancellation Policy
- No-shows: The full cost of the booking is charged.
- Cancellations more than 30 days before travel: A 10% cancellation fee of the booking value is charged.
- Cancellations within 30 days of travel: The full cost of the booking is charged.
- Cancellations made in writing: All cancellations must be made in writing and are effective from the date of receipt.
- Deposit and Amendment Charges: In all cases of cancellation, the deposit and any amendment charges are forfeited.
- Insurance: If your travel insurance covers the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim the cancellation charges.
- Breakaway Travel: Arrangements for breakaway travel must be requested in writing no later than 45 days before departure.
